Your data is for the analysis, not for someone else's showcase

To check a business, the system needs a site, a description, and a place. That is working material for the analysis. It does not become a public study without a separate decision.

A review belongs to a run, not to a showcase

To check a question, we need a site, a description of the work, and a place — and what is visible from the outside. That is material for the analysis. It is not put out as someone else's public study, and it is not placed in a “cases” showcase without a separate decision.

The result is tied to your run and account. An account is needed to save runs and to tell the free first analysis apart from later ones. Only separate studies from anonymised and sufficient data could become public. No such showcases are published now.

Deletion and closing an account are described in the privacy policy. In the cabinet this will appear when the cabinet is ready. We do not treat “one-button delete already today” as live if that screen is not there yet.

What people mix up with security

  • A review is treated as a public case

Your run does not become a showcase. Public studies are a separate decision, and only on anonymised data. There are none now.

  • An account is treated as extra

Without an account you cannot tell the free first analysis apart from later ones, and you cannot save the result.

  • A messenger is treated as required

WhatsApp is not needed to get the first report. Data for the analysis is the site, the description, and the place.

What happens to the data

  • The analysis uses data you gave yourself, and what is visible from the outside.
  • The result belongs to your run and account.
  • A review is not published as someone else's showcase.
  • Industry studies — only from anonymised and sufficient data; there are none now.
  • An account tells the free first analysis apart from later ones.
  • Deletion will be available in the cabinet and is already described in the privacy policy.

A review and a showcase are different things

Opportunity

You reviewed your site and saw a missing service.

Now

It feels as if this review will at once land in public “research”.

What to do

Treat the run as yours. There are no public overviews now. If they appear — only on anonymised and sufficient data.

Who needs to understand how data is kept

  • You do not want your review shown around

The run stays yours. It does not fall into a public showcase by itself.

  • You want to know why an account exists

To save the result and not mix the free first analysis with later ones.

  • You want to delete data later

The rules are in the privacy policy. A screen in the cabinet will appear when the cabinet is ready.

What the system takes, and what it does not do

  • It takes: the site, the description, the place, and open data on the topic.
  • It takes: a competitor link, if you gave one.
  • It does not make: a public showcase of your review.
  • It does not make: required WhatsApp for the first report.
  • It does not treat as ready: a delete button in the cabinet, while there is no cabinet.

What you get

What we found

A review needs a site, a description, and a place — working material, not an exhibit.

Why it matters

Without that limit it is easy to think any analysis will at once become someone else's case or an industry report.

What to do

Leave the data for the check. Do not wait for a public showcase: there is none now, and your run does not fall into it by itself.

What you can do with your data

  1. 01

Give only what the question needs

Site, description, place. A competitor — if you want. WhatsApp — not a condition.

  2. 02

    Treat the review as yours

The result is tied to the run and the account. This is not a public market overview.

  3. 03

Ask for deletion by the rules

Through the start-page contact or the privacy policy. A deletion cabinet is still being built — we do not hide that.

Giving a site and a place only for the review is calmer than putting a business in someone else's showcase — there is no such showcase from your runs.

Common questions

What data is needed for the analysis?

A site, a description of the business, and a place — and what is visible from the outside. You name a competitor if you want.

Does my review become public?

No. The result belongs to the run and the account. It does not fall into a “cases” showcase by itself.

Why is an account needed?

To save runs and to tell the free first analysis apart from later ones.

How do I delete data?

The rules are in the privacy policy. A screen in the cabinet will appear when the cabinet is ready. Today you can send a request through the start-page contact.

Will my business land in the research section?

Public studies are possible only from anonymised and sufficient data. No such materials are published now.

Do I need WhatsApp so the data “arrives”?

No. The first full report is available in the web app. A messenger is not a condition for the analysis.

Need the rules for how data is used?

Data is needed to check the question. We do not publish your review as someone else's case. Details are in the privacy policy.
