If the plant can make 10 000 units, who buys them
Capacity is what you can make. Demand is what someone will take at a price, a deadline and terms. Ten thousand units on a line are not ten thousand orders.
Why the line misleads
A certificate does not name who signs the purchase.
A full-load spreadsheet often rests on one verbal “we’ll take it”.
Before you expand
- Name the buyer segments.
- Separate interest you already have from “the market is large”.
- Pick the channel those segments actually use.
- Talk to buyers, then look at competing offers and the load that is already sold.
1
Buyer segments
Roles, not “the Kazakhstan market”: a shop, a chain, a contractor, a plant buyer. How to separate them is on the sales-market page.
2
Interest that already exists
An invoice, a prepayment, a repeat, a volume request. One casual call does not count.
3
Direct conversations
Twenty companies in one segment: monthly volume, price, deadline, who signs, what they use now.
4
Load economics
Price one unit, then the month’s fixed costs. If break-even needs most of the line and only a slice is confirmed, do not add a line.
10 000 is an example of capacity, not a market estimate. Calculators use the price and costs you enter.
Where search fits
- After the segment is named. Buyer types are on the sales-market page.
What you learn
What we found
Output is confirmed by orders and load economics.
Why it matters
Otherwise the warehouse grows faster than sales.
What to do
Segment, conversations, competing offers, then the share of capacity already sold.
If you do not want to check this by hand, aVtonomus will show it in the analysis.
Common questions
Will you find who buys 10 000 units?
No. You see how the named segment searches and who already answers.
How is this different from the sales-market page?
That page picks a buyer type. This one checks whether volume is confirmed before the line grows.
